Welcome to New Orleans
The New Orleans French Quarter, also known as the Vieux Carré, is an historic neighborhood dating back to 1718. Jean-Baptiste Le Moyne de Bienville founded this city prior to the establishment of the United States.
The Quarter has become one of the most lively and unique experiences in the South. Stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the many restaurants, shops, art galleries and local culture that this city has to offer. Restaurants range in style and cuisine, exude all of the flavors of The Big Easy. Enjoy famous restaurants such as, Galatoires, Arnaud’s, Court of Two Sisters, and R’evolution. Grab a drink from one of many of the local bars like Pat O’Brien’s Piano Bar, Jean Lafitte’s Black Smith Shop, and The Hotel Monteleone Carousel Bar. Listen to the sounds of live music throughout The French Quarter from the many different jazz bands and street performers. There’s many things to do, here in the Crescent City, but always remember to do the most important – Lassiez Les Bon Temps Roulez.
